Pizza Traissé


1 tasse de farine de blé complet

1 tasse de farine blanche

½ cuillère à café de levure

2 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive.


1 gros oignon rouge

2 cuillères à soupe de purée de tomates

3 tomates fraîches moyennes

Poudre de cumin

Sel au goût


Champignons hachés, environ ½ tasse

Poignée de céleri haché

½ tasse de tomates râpées

½ tasse olives vertes

1 poivron vert émincé


  1. Prendre un bol, ajouter la farine, le sel, la levure et mélanger, puis l’huile d’olive et l’eau. Mélangez bien pour faire une pâte molle. Couvrez et laissez reposer pendant 45 minutes à 1 heure.
  2. Saupoudrer la farine et rouler la pâte. Placez-le dans la plaque à pâtisserie et placez le mélange au centre en commençant par la sauce tomate, puis les champignons, le céleri, tomate cerises, les olives et le poivron vert.
  3. Faire des fentes / coupes à l’aide d’un couteau tranchant sur les deux côtés les plus longs. Commencez à alterner entre les extrémités les plus fendues les unes après les autres. Continuez, pensez à alterner, à gauche et à droite et à droite et à gauche.
  4. Appliquer du lait de soja ou du miel sur le dessus et saupoudrer de graines de sésame. Faire cuire à 180 ° C pendant environ 20 à 25 minutes.
  5. Une fois terminé, coupez et laissez refroidir, alors vous pouvez servir.
