Today, I bring you this simple and delicious soya mince and green beans stew recipe. I hope you will enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of green beans, washed and cut into small pieces
2 cups soya mince, soaked and squeezed
1 cup tomato puree (blend or grate about 3 large tomatoes to get this tomato puree)
1 large onion, diced
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1 small yellow bell pepper, diced
1 cup of water
2 tbsp oil, any good oil you can afford
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp fennel seeds
½ salt
PREPARATION
In a frying pan, add green beans, oil and half cup of water, sauté for 3 minutes, add diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté, for 2 minutes. Stir in the tomato puree, soaked soya mince, and water. Cook for 5 minutes. Now add the spices; paprika, thyme, fennel seeds and salt. Stir and remove from the stove. Serve with anything your heart desire.
