Lentils Patties, a very simple and delicious recipe.
- 2 cups cooked lentils, mashed
- 1 onion finely chopped
- ½ cup cooked potato, mashed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp cornstach
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 small red bell perper, chopped
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ cup finely chopped spring onion
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- Salt to taste
In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together very well. Form into patties and place into a baking sheet . Bake at 250 degrees C for 30 minutes. Flip over after 15 minutes.
