INGREDIENTS
1 kg green beans, trimmed and halved
½ cup water
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 table spoon sesame seeds
1 table spoon olive
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
Yellow and red bell peppers, chopped
Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a large pan over medium flame add olive oil, water, salt, followed by green beans, cover partially with a lid allowing the steam to evaporate sauté beans for 7 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add red onion, yellow and red bell peppers, garlic, sauté for 5minutes.
- Add sesame seeds stir well and serve.
