OATMEAL PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 of salt
2 tbsp honey
3 cups of soymilk, coconut or water.

PREPARATION

Blend all ingredients together until smooth except flour.

Pour the mixture to a mixing bowl and and add flour. Mix everything well.

Coat a skillet with oil, reduce fire to medium heat. Pour pancake batter into skillet in round circles.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side. Turn over and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
