Oatmeal Breakfast Patties

The first time i made this recipe, my family approved. It is so delicious and easy to make.
I have tried it couples of time, and i must say! It’s delicious,and worth a try.

Ingredients

2 cups of oatmeal
1 cup of soya mince
1 tablespoon of molasses
1 cup of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, optional
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tsp of coriander powder
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of paprika
3 cups of water

Preparation

Boil water in a medium-sized pot,, once the water start boiling, add oatmeal, soya mince (TVP) and all other ingredients.
Mix everything very well and remove from the heat. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees

Form the mixture into patties and place on a greased baking sheet, if you don’t want to use oil, line the baking sheet with a baking paper.

Bake for 30 minutes flipping half way through.
Once the patties turn golden, remove from the oven and  let them cool completely.
You can also freeze them.
