Cette recette est un plat d’accompagnement simple et délicieux.
INGRÉDIENTS
1 tête de brocoli, fleurons
3 carottes moyennes, coupées en allumettes
1 gros oignon rouge, émincé
1 cuillère à soupe d’huile d’olive
1 cuillère à soupe d’herbes mélangées (romarin, thym, coriandre, poudre d’ail, graines de cumin)
⅓ cuillère à café de sel marin
PRÉPARATION
Préchauffez le four à 250 degrés.
Dans un grand bol, mélangez les fleurons de brocoli, les carottes, les oignons et le reste des ingrédients.
Versez les légumes uniformément sur une plaque de cuisson et mettez au four pendant 10 minutes.

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a
sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear
and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
