Health on a Plate

Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Spaghetti is my kids’ favorite food, but most spaghettis which are sold in the markets are made from white flour.

As for me and my family, white flour contains nothing but starch. So, I decided to go for whole-wheat spaghettis, it contains all nutrients that the body needs and fiber.

I get mine in Indian shops. I don’t think it is available in local markets, but maybe it might be in your country.

I like the mixture of green yellow and red bell peppers, some carrots added and onions. All together gives a nice flavor to the spaghetti.

I encourage you to go for whole-wheat spaghetti, it is not expensive actually. We all know whole-wheat grains is very good for health, so go for it.
