SWEET POTATO CHAPATIS

If you love sweet potatoes, then you are going to like this delicious and easy sweet potato chapati.

It comes out very soft. Remember my secret to soft chapatis is hot boiling water. So that’s what I have used here too.

My children loves sweet potatoes. So anything with sweet potato inside, they just enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS

SWEET POTATO CHAPPATIES

2 cup of whole wheat flour
1 cup of mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup of boiling water
1/2 tsp of salt

PREPARATION METHOD

Take a mixing bowl, add flour, sweet potato, salt. Mix everything together.

Now add water little by little and make a soft dough. Knead the the for 2 to 3 minutes. Cover with a clean cloth and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.

Using a chapati roller make a round shape chapati. Heat the pan, brush with very little oil and cook the chappati on both sides.

Once a chapati is cooked, keep it on a clean cloth in order for it to stay soft.

Serve with anything your heart desires.
Enjoy…..

I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which
