SCRAMBLED TOFU

I hope you’ll enjoy this easy and delicious scrambled tofu. If you used to love eggs and stopped eating them for health purpose, and you are wondering what to replace them with, then this breakfast scrambled tofu is perfect for you. Very easy and healthy compared to eggs. Tofu is very high in protein and it can be cooked in many different ways which is very delicious. This is one of the easiest way to cook tofu.

INGREDIENTS

300g of tofu, scrambled
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup of red beans, boiled cooked
2 bell peppers (red, and green)
1 medium fresh tomato, diced
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 tsp of paprika
1 tbsp of cumin and fennel seeds
1/2 tsp of sea salt or black salt
1 tbsp of oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Handful of green beans and lentils sprouts. That’s optional.

PREPARATION METHODS

In an oiled pan over high heat, sauté onion, lentils sprouts and green beans, (optional) peppers and mushrooms for 3 to 5 minutes.

Reduce the heat to medium low and add the rest of ingredients.

Cook stirring frequently for 5 to 10 minutes.

Remove from the heat and serve.

This is a very great breakfast recipe.
