SAVOURY PUMKIN

I love coming up with easy and simple recipes. I personally don’t like complicated recipes, with fancy ingredients.

This delicious savoury pamkin is so easy and simple to make. No fancy ingredients. I hope you enjoy. It is one of my favourite recipe. Easy and simple and very delicious.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups of boiled large cubed pumpkin
1 cup of green beans
1 cup of chopped cabbage, you can use any vegetable you have, like broccoli or cauliflower
1 cup tomato puree (you can blend your own fresh tomatoes, or you can grate them)
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander seeds or powder
1 tsp paprika
3 tbsp olive oil

PREPARATION

In a large pan over medium heat, add oil and all other ingredients except pumpkins and spices.
Cook for 5 minutes, add the pumpkin mix and cook again for 3 minutes. After that add the spices, stir and remove from stove. Serve with rice.
