Rosemary Mushrooms Brown Rice

For all mushrooms and rosemary lovers, I am one of you. I was juice inspired by God to make this. My kids loved it. Believe me Mothers kids eat what they see on the table, don’t let them dictate you on what they should eat. Most kids don’t like brown rice, but you can make them enjoy it buy cooking it in a different way. And those roasted ground nuts made everything taste so delicious. This recipe takes just few minutes to make, as long you have your boiled brown rice already.

Ingredients

3 cups of cooked brown rice
1 packet of mushrooms, you can use any kind of mushrooms. Washed and sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 medium fresh tomato, diced
1 tsp of paprika
3 gloves of fresh garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of olive
Handful of fresh chopped rosemary, you can use dry one.
Some roasted ground nuts to serve with, you can use any nuts.

In a pan, add oil( do not heat oil) add fresh garlic and mushrooms cook for 2 to 3 minutes stirring frequently, then add onion and the rest of ingredients except rosemary and brown rice. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Now add brown rice and rosemary, keep stirring for 2 minutes or until everything is well mixed. Remove from fire and serve with green salad or anything your heart desires. Enjoy.
