ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

The cauliflower contains small amounts of carbohydrates and proteins, and practically no fat. It contains provitamin A, vitamins B, Cand E. It is very rich in potassium and low in sodium. It also contains significant amounts of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and Iron.

This roasted cauliflower recipe is very simple, healthy and delicious. Enjoy.

Ingredients

3 cups of cauliflower florets
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 of turmeric
1/2 of coriander
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/3 tsp of salt

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, add cauliflower and all the other ingredients, mix very well with your clean hands.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

Remove from oven and serve.
