PUMKIN BURGERS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup of pumkin puree, (homemade. Boil pumkin and blend or mash to get puree)
  • 1 cup of boiled brown lentils, or any beans
  • ½ cup of chickpea flour or any flour
  • 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste.

PREPARATION

In a bowl, add pumkin puree, mashed lentils, flour and the rest of ingredients. Mix everything together and form into patties. Place in an oiled baking sheet. Bake in oven until golden brown. If you have no oven follow the shallow fry method (check it on soya burger recipe)
