Pizza can be a great dish when cooked in an healthy way. Enjoy this simple homemade and delicious pizza.
For the dough
2 cups of brown flour
1 cup of warm water
1/2 tsp of yeast
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tsp of garlic powder
Toppings
1 red onion, sliced
3 small bell pepper (red, yellow and green), sliced
1/2 of mushrooms, sliced (optional)
2 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 tablespoon of water
1/2 of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1tsp of coriander powder
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, add flour, salt, and garlic powder, mix everything very. Then add wet ingredients ( water and oil) to form a dough
Knead dough on floured surface just until not sticky. Put in greased bowl and let rise in a warm place till double (30 to 45 minutes)
Roll out the dough on a pan. You can use your pizza pan Cook at 230 degrees for about 10 minutes
In a small bowl, mix tomato paste with water salt, coriander powder and olive oil . After the cush has cooked, spread the sauce over pizza crust , top evenly with onion, mushrooms and bell peppers. Bake at 230 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
