Health on a Plate


this lentils sprouts recipe is very delicious, flavorful and easy to make. Sprout lentils are more nutritious. Enjoy


2 cups of sprouted lentils
1 cup of cauliflower and broccoli, florets
1 small carrot,cut into matchsticks
1 medium onion, diced
2 tbsp of cooking oil
1/3 tsp of salt
1 tsp of ground coriander powder
Half green pepper, sliced
Handful of chopped Kale or spinach
1 large fresh tomato


In a cooking pan over medium heat, add oil, onion lentils sprouts, broccoli and cauliflower. Cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add the rest of the ingredients but not chopped Kale (spinach, celery or any green vegetable). Cook stirring frequently for about 7 to 10 minutes.
Now add the chopped Kale and stir again for last time.
Remove from fire and serve.

You can also add mushrooms to this dish or tofu if you have.
