Garlic Mushrooms

The original recipe calls for butter, but here we use little bit of oil. And it came out great. Enjoy it. If you’re not in love with garlic then reduce the quantity.

1 packet of white mushrooms, washed.
1 tablespoon of fresh garlic,  minced
Small bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
onion, finely chopped
Handful of fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4  tsp of Paprika
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tsp of tomato paste or a small fresh tomato, optional


In a pan over medium heat  add oil (do not heat oil) add mushrooms and salt, stir frequently until mushrooms gets tender about 4 minutes, stir in the garlic and rest of ingredients, stir for 2 or 3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
