Ingredients
2 apples, washed and chopped
2 bananas, peeled and cut into chunks
2 plums , washed and cut
1 cup of grapes, washed
1 cup of paw paw, washed
1 cup of soymilk or water
Place all the fruits in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
