Green Salad and Sprouts

Fenugreek sprouts are very nutritious, they are loaded with all the good things. In this recipe I mix in with lettuce. I spout fenugreek seeds at home every week, they are my husband’s favourite. This salad recipe is delicious, but don’t worry if you don’t have fenugreek sprouts. You can use any sprouts you have.

Ingredients

1 head of lettuce,washed and broken
1 cup of fenugreek sprouts
1 large fresh tomato, sliced
1 medium red onion, cut into rings
A small red bell pepper, sliced
1 small carrot, sliced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/3 tsp of salt

Preparation
Make desired amount of salad in a bowl.
Add the rest of ingredients to the bowl and mix well.

You can add any salad dressing of your choice if you like.
You can also add some seeds to your salad.
Enjoy.
