This dish is simple and very delicious. You’re going to love it. They are many ways to cook tofu, and today I’m sharing with you this delicious and yummy tofu recipe. Enjoy!!!!
INGREDIENTS
4 blocks of tofu
1 cup of soaked soya mince
2 large fresh tomatoes, grated
1 cup of water
2 medium onions, diced
1 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of ground coriander
2 tbsp of oil
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of paprika
Handful of fresh coriander, chopped
4 gloves of fresh garlic, sliced
2 bay leaves
PREPARATION
Slice the tofu and place in an oiled baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 250 degrees.
Meanwhile soak the soya mince in cool water until it’s soft. Squeeze out the water and put aside.
On a cooking pan over medium heat, add oil (do not heat oil), onions, garlic tomatoes, and water. Cover the pot and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then add soya mince and and the rest of ingredients except tofu,let cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Now stir in the baked tofu and let it cook for 2 more minutes then add chopped fresh coriander leaves, mix everything very well and Remove from the heat.
Serve.
