Brown Rice and Lentils Sprouts

Hello friends and welcome to my page again for another simple and delicious recipe. I promise, this recipe is very delicious.

Many people don’t like brown rice because of its taste, but looking at the health benefits, brown rice is healthier than white. So if you are struggling to get used to eating brown rice, this recipe will make your life easier.

HOW TO SPROUT LENTILS

Ingredients

4 cups of cooked brown rice

1 ½ cup of lentils sprouts

1 medium carrot, grated

2 medium fresh tomatoes ,chopped

1 tbsp of tomato paste

1/3 tsp turmeric powder

2 gloves of fresh garlic, chopped

2 medium onion, chopped

Handful of chopped kale

1 tsp of thyme

1 tbsp of oil

1/2 tsp of salt, you can use less or more

Place a large pan on the stove, before it’s hot, add oil, onion, tomato paste, fresh tomatoes, and lentils sprout, cook stirring frequently for 5 minutes. Now add the rest of ingredients except kale.

Mix and cover the pot, let it cook for another 5 minutes.

Now add chopped kale leaves, stir well and remove from the heat.

Serve.
