CAULIFLOWER STEW

Welcome to my Kitchen, I hope you are going to love this easy and delicious cauliflower stew. It takes just few minutes to made this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of cauliflower, florets
  • 1 cup of tomato puree
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 1 small green bell perpers
  • Handful of chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of cumin powder
  • Salt to taste

PREPARATION

In a medium saucepan, over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of oil (do not heat oil), water, onion, tomato puree, salt and cauliflower.

Cover and cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally until cauliflower is tender (not too soft).

After 15 minutes add paprika, cumin, parsley and green pepper stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from the fire and serve over anything you desire.
