Health on a Plate

3 Ingredients Vegan Pancakes

Healthy and heavy breakfast, these pancakes are so easy to make, and they fill the stomach in the morning, giving you enough energy for the day. Serve them with fruits, nuts and seeds if you have. Enjoy your breakfast.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup of oatmeal
2 spotty bananas
1 1/2 cup of water or any plant based milk of choice.

You can put one cup of water and 1/2 a cup of milk. You can also use powdered milk.

Pinch of salt

Preparation

Put bananas, oatmeal and milk or water in a blender and blend until smooth.

If you don’t have a blender at all then use whole wheat flour instead of oatmeal. Use a fork to mash your bananas.

Heat a cooking pan on the stove, once the pan is hot reduce the heat to medium low. (It is important to heat the pan before putting the pancakes to avoid sticking)
Brush the pan with oil, then add about 4 tablespoons of the batter. Let cook for 2 to 3 minutes, flip and cook on the other side. Remove the pancake from the pan and continue cooking the rest.

Enjoy it as a healthy breakfast with fruits, nuts and seeds.
