Growing your hair is also like growing your faith, your vision for growing your faith is that of growing long hair. be similar to When we read the bible about growing our faith and practicing the Christian walk the bible teaches us about the principles that we can follow in order to grow our faith. And as we apply those principles and do what God says in the bible, then our faith start to grow every day. I can say this is same way as growing hair. You have to follow certain principles inoder to achieve beautiful long hair. Principles like keeping your hair moisturized, low manipulation, natural oils to use, different kind of mask and treatments that works for you. Remember What might work for you might not work for someone else, even in Christian life we go through different experiences, trials and temptations. There is no magic oil or anything to grow hair overnight. All it takes is work and patience.

Be positive always If you sit and think my hair is not going to grow you will not make an effort, of course it’s only by God’s grace but you have to make that effort. God help those who help themselves. God cannot do for you what you can do for yourself. You cannot start taking care of your hair then after 2 or 3 months you stop, No! it takes time, it takes patience, it takes consistency. Consistency is very important in everything that we do even in taking care of our hair. To have long beautiful natural hair you have to work hard giving it good nutrients and treatments which it requires. Even after your hair has grown long the trouble doesn’t end there, you still have to continue taking care of it.

1.Relaxed hair.

If your hair is relaxed, and you want to go natural, you don’t have to cut it off as days goes by the new natural hair will start growing and the relaxed hair will break away. Alternatively you can cut it short and start over your natural hair journey.

2. Avoid chemicals.

Try to use different treatments at the beginning and see what works for you for example masks and oils. Avoid chemicals treatments. Hair treatments improves hair growth, get rid of dead cells, it make hair soft, curly, manageable and bouncy.

Moisturizing your hair frequently with water, flaxseed gel, or aloe vera to avoid dryness.

Massaging your scalp also help hair grow faster. Hair growth is partly a factor of good blood circulation, which you can stimulate by a daily scalp massage. It doesn’t have to be time-consuming, just use your fingers to massage your scalp in a circular motion for about five minutes a day. If your day is busy you can do the massage in the evening while you are just relaxing at home.

Avoid plaiting or putting anything heavy or artificial on your head. Artificial material will not help hair grow. It breaks hair and affect your hairline. Many people believes that plaiting your hair makes it grow faster apparently this is not true. bible does not approve thi s. Daughters of Zion were cursed with baldness for plaiting th e i r hair. Today in our society it is scientifically proven that baldness in women is a consequence of plaiting or artificial covering of the hair. Your hair grows on its own from the scalp. Just use good oils and natural hair treatments. Natural hair grows every month year about half an inch long. If you follow good haircare routines in one your hair is expected to be about 6 inches long.

6 . Diet

Avoid junk foods. Hair is heavily dependent on protein so make sure you get enough of it in your diet. Foods to include in your diet tofu, gluten, legumes, nuts, seeds, and beans these stimulate hair growth. Give your hair lots vitamins and minerals it requires. Vegan diet is the best . Fruits and vegetables also have lots of nutrients that encourage hair growth so eat plenty of them. Some fruits and vegetables can be used as hair masks e.g bananas, avocados, onions, hibiscus etc.

7 . Drink a lot of water The more water your hair gets, the more it grows. Hair roots are the connection between your body and hair. After drinking water, your roots soak up the moisture to your hair follicles and stimulate hair growth.
