Ingredients
2 cups of whole wheat boiled pasta
1 cup of boiled chickpeas
2 tbsp of tomato paste
2 medium fresh tomatoes, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green paper, chopped
1 large carrot, sliced
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of coriander powder
Preparation
In a pan over medium heat,
add oil (do not heat oil), add onion, carrots, fresh tomatoes and tomato paste.
Stir frequently for 3 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients except whole wheat pasta.
Let it cook for 5 minutes, then add the pasta and mix everything well.
Once everything is mixed well remove from the fire and serve.
