VEGETABLES BURGERS

Hello everyone, today we are making delicious vegetables burgers. Very delicious and easy.

Anything that you can make yourself at home is the best. Making your own burgers at home will spare you and your family from consuming MSG which can be hidden in many different names.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of boiled  potato, mashed
  • ½ cup of walnut, pecans. (almond, or cashew nuts or any nuts youhave),  finely chopped
  • 1 cup of cooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup of homemade breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of oregano or any herbs of your choice
  • 1tsp of fennel and coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp of black molasses, optional

PREPARATION METHOD

In a bowl,  mix all ingredients together very well.  The mixture should hold together to form patties, but should not stick to hands. If too wet add breadcrumbs.

Shape unto patties and place into a baking sheet. Bake at 250 degree C, for 40min. or until done. (flip over half way through).

If you don’t have oven, heat your pan, brush with very little oil, coat your vegetables burgers with breadcrumbs and place on the pan, cook for 3 minutes on one side flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

Remember to keep the stove on low heat.

Serve in your burgers buns with your favourite toppings. Enjoy

    1. Boiled potatoes. I dry my own bread in oven and grind it. Cut bread in small pieces so it can dry fast and well without burning. I’m sorry for late reply.

  1. First of all I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question which I’d
like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and
clear your mind before writing. I’ve had a difficult time clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there.
I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips?

    Cheers!

folks? 😛 And, if you are writing on other social sites, I would like
to keep up with you. Would you make a list of all of all your public pages like your linkedin profile,

content seem to be running off the screen in Safari.
I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to
do with browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let
you know. The layout look great though! Hope you get the issue solved soon. Many thanks
