Health on a Plate


This simple tofu mayonnaise is quick and easy. No oil, or any harmful ingredients. Enjoy and God bless you.


  • 1 cup of cubed firm or extra firm tofu, you can also use silken tofu.
  • 1/2 cup of filterd water
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 tsp of Salt


  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a glass container and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
  • Use in your sandwiches, burgers, salads etc.
