This simple tofu mayonnaise is quick and easy. No oil, or any harmful ingredients. Enjoy and God bless you.
- 1 cup of cubed firm or extra firm tofu, you can also use silken tofu.
- 1/2 cup of filterd water
- 1 clove of fresh garlic
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 tsp of Salt
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a glass container and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
- Use in your sandwiches, burgers, salads etc.
