Seitan and Fresh Corn Stew

Hello good friends. Today I bring you another simple stew of Seitan and fresh corn.

Remember you can make your own Seitand (gluten) at home or you can purchase it from the store. Mine is homemade.

Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped
3 belle peppers. green, red, and yellow, cubed
1 ear of boiled fresh corn, cut unto small pieces
150g of Seitan (gluten), cut unto pieces. Already boiled
4 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of of coriander powder
1 tablespoon of oil
1/2 a tsp of salt
1 1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon of flour mixed with 3 tablespoons of water. You can use any flour.

Preparation

In a medium pan over medium high heat add all the ingredients except green pepper, and the flour mixture.

Cover the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes. Now add the flour mixture, stir and cook until the sauce thickens. Add green pepper stir and remove from the heat .

Serve with anything your heart desires. Enjoy
