Let’s Rost some cashew nuts. It is always important to Rost your nuts before consuming them. This delicious Roasted Cashew nuts recipe is easy to make at home. Enjoy and be blessed


3 cups of raw cashew nuts

1 tbsp of olive oil



Place the cashew nuts in a mixing bowl, add salt and oil. Stir and toss to coat with oil and salt gently. Spread the cashew evenly in a large baking tray, bake for 10minutes at 200 degrees Celsius . Bake for 5 minutes, then take our and stir using a spatula or a spoon, this will help prevent burning.

This nuts can burn quickly. It’s important to stir frequently. You will know the cashew nuts is ready when it starts realising the smell and becoming brown in colour.
