2 cups of lentils sprouts
2 peppers, green and red, sliced
2 small carrots
1/3 cup of roasted cashew nuts
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of coriander powder

Cut bell peppers, carrots and onion into matchsticks.

In a frying pan over medium heat, add oil, do not heat oil, add the carrots, bell peppers, onion, lentils sprouts to the pot, cook for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add broccoli and keep stirring, add 2 or 3 tablespoon spoons of water. Keep stirring until broccoli is crispy tender, about 5 to 10 minutes. Add the cashew and the rest of the ingredients, stir well and remove from the heat.
