Avocado Toast


1 ripe avocado
1 tsp of lemon juice
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cumin powder
4 slices of whole wheat bread

Toast the bread

While you wait, mash the avocado with a fork and add the rest of ingredients.

Remove bread from toaster and spread the avocado
Top with sliced tomatoes, fenugreek sprouts and some seeds

Remember you can top your avocado toast with just mashed avocado or you can top it with any vegetable or fruit of your choice.
