Avocado has a pleasant creamy and smooth texture, it contains mainly unsaturated fatty acids of good quality beneficial for cardiovascular health.
In addition, it is composed of the following vitamins: vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, vitamin B12, vitamin E and vitamin K.
You can add any herb of your choice.
- 1 large avocado
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 tsp of salt
- 1tsp of thyme
- 2 tbsp of water, optional.
- 1 clove of fresh garlic
Put all ingredients in a blender expect the olive oil. Blend for a 30 second, then add olive oil while blending. Continue to blend until you get a smooth paste.
Place the avocado mayonnaise in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days. Enjoy.
