AVOCADO MAYONNAISE

Enjoy this simple and delicious homemade avocado mayonnaise. You can spread it on a bread for a sandwich, on a toast or, on salads. I hope you will enjoy this.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large avocado 
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 tsp of salt
  • 1tsp of thyme
  • 2 tbsp of water, optional.
  • 1 clove of fresh garlic

PREPARATION METHOD

Put all ingredients in a blender expect the olive oil. Blend for a 30 second, then add olive oil while blending. Continue to blend until you get a smooth paste.
 
Place the avocado mayonnaise in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days. Enjoy.
