Avocado and chickpeas toast

Roasted chickpeas are very delicious, crunchy and easy to make. Once you have your cooked chickpeas, all you have to do is season it with natural herbs of choice then bake for few minutes. This avocado and chickpeas toast is the perfect meal you need for your breakfast. It’s healthy and delicious. Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of boiled chickpeas
1 ripe avocado
4 slices of whole wheat bread
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 of oregano
1/2 of ground coriander
1/3 of salt
1 tsp of olive oil

Preparation

Mix chickpeas, olive oil, paprika, salt and ground coriander in a small mixing bowl. Place the chickpeas on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees or until chickpeas are crispy.

Toast the bread
Meanwhile mash the avocado.

Once chickpeas are baked, spread avocado on the bread, and top with chickpeas and any sprouts, nuts or seeds of your choice. Enjoy
