Avocado and banana toast

So these days I have been working on creating some simple avocado toast recipes. And this avocado and banana toast is my Husband’s favourite. I remember when we were in Kenya we had plenty of avocados, and my husband used to request for his super to be just avocado and banana. It is even more delicious when you make a toast, He loves it so much, I couldn’t leave it out as i was creating different kinds of avocado toast. I know someone is going to love this. Enjoy.

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado
2 ripe bananas
4 slices of bread
Seeds to sprinkle on top
Any seeds are fine

Toast the bread, meanwhile mash the avocado, and put aside, cut bananas in half and slice each half, put aside.

Once bread is done, spread avocado on the bread and top with sliced bananas

Sprinkle with seeds and enjoy.
