Health on a Plate

Green cabbage Salad

2 cups of chopped green cabbage
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 large fresh tomato, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
1 tbsp of roasted sunflower seeds, you can use any seed
1 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon
1 tbsp of olive oil
Salt to taste
1 small red pepper, sliced

  Combine all ingredients together into a large bowl, mix well and serve.
