1 head of broccoli, florets
3 medium carrots, cut into matchsticks
1 large red onion, sliced
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme, coriander, garlic powder, cumin seeds.)
1/3 tsp of sea salt
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
