ROASTED BROCCOLI

Ingredients

1 head of broccoli, florets
3 medium carrots, cut into matchsticks
1 large red onion, sliced
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme, coriander, garlic powder, cumin seeds.)
1/3 tsp of sea salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets, carrots, onion and the rest of ingredients.

Pour vegetables evenly onto a baking sheet, and place in the oven for 10 minutes. This recipe serves as a simple and delicious side dish.
