I take a recipe and modify it and come up with perfect flavor combination that make your taste buds sing. I love coming up with quick, easy and healthy recipes that will make your life just easy. I’m a vegan with deep passion for recipes creation and sharing plant-based lifestyle with others. My wish is to encourage others to discover the wonderful benefits of a plant-based food that God gave to human, where you count your colors and not your calories.

A little about me:

I’m originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo. My husband is a Missionary and a Naturopath. He is very zealous in preaching the Gospel and helping the sick with natural remedies. To show my support to him and the work of God he is doing, I decided to use my talents that God has given me, one of them is cooking. I love cooking, I’m always cooking or thinking what I’m going to cook net. I also love sharing delicious vegan meals with others. It’s also my way of hooking up those who are still eating meat and thinking there is nothing good eat if you stop meat.

I usually invite people my husband is shaving Bible studies with, friends and family to our place and cook delicious meals for them, many have enjoyed my delicious meals, and were surprised to learn that it’s meat free.

 Many lives have been transformed through this work of healthy and many has abandon flesh diet and I receive messages of different people who have known me in different countries who have been asking me for recipes, since I also love sharing my recipes pictures on my Facebook page and WhatsApp status. So, I decided to open this blog to share my recipes here with everyone who knows or who does not know me. I also have a YouTube page where I share my videos and WhatsApp group where more than 100 women from around the world share their recipes every week.

So, if you are here, you have come to the right place. I want to show you that it really doesn’t take a brain surgeon to make a homemade meal completely from scratch.

I strongly believe that eating healthy doesn’t have to be bland or boring or complicated. In fact, it is just the opposite. There is this pervasive myth that a plant-based diet is expensive, but I disagree. You don’t have to buy plant-based food in the supermarkets always. If you go to your local market you will even save more money. Meat is expensive, and it’s not only costly in term of money but our health too.

When I became a vegan, I understood that cutting meat out of my diet was good for my health. Meat was never food which God gave human. Today many animals are sick and eating meat is not safe.

For me being a Vegan is not about removing but it is about adding. I do not worry about things that I’m cutting off from my diet because there are many other things to add like fruits, veggies, nuts, cereals etc. In fact, this is exactly the diet God gave to Adam and Eve.

I do not focus on what I’m losing, but instead I focus on what I’m gaining. Gaining improves health; Gaining the peace of mind that the life of animals doesn’t have to be taken for me to enjoy my meals.
